At Cliarly, all data is handled within the boundaries of the EU. This ensures that your information is subject to strict European data protection regulations, which are some of the most comprehensive in the world.
One of these data protection regulations is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which Cliarly is regulated by. We only store the necessary information to ensure your access to our service. This includes your email and name, which are stored on secure servers within the EU. Cliarly does not store or have access to what you read or write. All data is processed and managed by our Cloud providers, who meet high enterprise security standards.
Cloud Providers
Our Cloud providers use state-of-the-art security systems and privacy protection standards to ensure the safety and privacy of Cliarly users. Additionally, the effectiveness of our providers’ controls is reviewed by an independent third party at least every two years.
All data processed by our Cloud providers is regularly audited in accordance with international standards to ensure that all personal information is handled securely and responsibly. These are some of the security and privacy standards in use:
Cliarly conducts background checks on new employees in accordance with applicable local laws. This background check includes information such as criminal records and verification of educational documents.
Cliarly employees are also required to complete security training. The purpose of this course is to improve their ability to identify and handle potential security threats.
