Read more about our security measures
At Cliarly, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and data. We strive to maintain a high level of security, whether you are an individual or a business.

The protection of your data is our highest priority. At Cliarly, we are subject to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and we have designed our architecture to distinguish between your basic login information and the actual content you are working with.
Your content is not stored
All the actual content you read, write, dictate, or upload (e.g., images and PDFs) using Cliarly is exclusively processed on secure servers within the EU's borders. We do not store and do not have access to the texts you are working with. The data only exists at the moment it is processed, providing you with maximum security and confidentiality.
For organizations
We are always happy to engage in a dialogue to ensure that Cliarly meets the specific IT security and GDPR requirements you may have in your organization. If you have questions or wish to implement Cliarly, please contact us at info@cliarly.com.
We offer, among other things:
- Technical documentation: We are happy to provide detailed security documentation that describes in detail what data is processed, how it is done, and what technical measures we use to protect it.
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA): We offer a standard Data Processing Agreement for your organization, so you can safely and legally make Cliarly available to your users.
Cloud providers
All data is processed by our carefully selected Cloud providers, who use state-of-the-art security systems and meet the absolute highest enterprise standards to ensure the privacy of our users.
Our Cloud providers use extensive physical security measures, including security guards, fencing, and access control systems. These measures are supplemented by advanced intrusion detection technology and continuous security monitoring to maintain a secure infrastructure.
Cliarly uses modern and secure open-source frameworks with security controls designed to limit exposure to OWASP Top 10 security risks.
All communication through our user interface and APIs is secured with HTTPS and TLS (TLS 1.2 or newer) over public networks. This ensures that data transfer between you and our systems is fully encrypted and protected.
Only trusted employees with a legitimate purpose have access to system data. To protect your information, Cliarly always conducts background checks on new employees who will handle data in connection with their work. In accordance with local legislation, this includes obtaining a criminal record certificate and verifying education.
Cliarly's employees must also complete security training. The purpose of this course is to improve their ability to identify and handle potential security threats.
